Terms of service

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Terms of service: Only FedEx Overnight shipments qualify for LAG. Carrier delays will void LAG. In the rare event customers receive a deceased specimen we will offer refunds or store credit, once photo or video proof is supplied. 50% Shipping cost on DOA replacements. Any and all health issues must be reported directly to our email AmbushArachnids@gmail.com within 2 hours of signed delivery or pickup unless special requests are made and approved before your order ships out. Temps between 32 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit are LAG temps. This includes factoring in the Memphis super hub temperatures as well as the delivery location.

(Your exact region shipping rate may be lower than 75$, please reach out for an on demand shipping quote with your full address. It's not feasible for me to manually enter all 49 continental states individual quotes into the site when they vary greatly by zip code anyway.) You may use your own label too!!

FedEx 2 day: No longer available

Select WA region "Local pickup in Monroe, WA" at checkout for FREE PICKUP after 6:30pm weekdays by appointment. Ask about weekend appointments.

Once your order is placed, we will email you to schedule a pickup.
