Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) Terms of service: Only FedEx Overnight shipments qualify for LAG. Carrier delays will void LAG. In the rare event customers receive a deceased specimen we will offer refunds or store credit, once photo or video proof is supplied. 50% Shipping cost on DOA replacements. Any and all health issues must be reported directly to our email AmbushArachnids@gmail.com within 2 hours of signed delivery or pickup unless special requests are made and approved before your order ships out. Temps between 32 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit are LAG temps. This includes factoring in the Memphis super hub temperatures as well as the delivery location.
